Hay una periodizacion de 4 meses de fulanito no se que (es que no me acuerdo de quien es) que combina entrenos de Staley, Poliquin y Waterbury. Tiene buena pinta.

Hay uno que hace una periodización de 4 meses con:
1er mes -> EDT
2º mes -> 5x5 (pero con frecuencia 2x semana con division torso - pierna)
3er mes -> GVT (pero metiendo ejercicios a 5 repes para mantener la fuerza... uséase como una DFHT)
4º mes -> Reset-pause (¿DC?)

Las primeras son de hipertrofia, hay un poco de todo. Las pego para hacerlas más accesibles, pero lo que no voy a hacer es la selección de los enlaces correctos, soy así de gandulo :D
